Es gibt viele große Hollywood-Komponisten, deren Symphonien uns schon seit Jahren und Jahrzehnten durch die Filmwelt begleiten. Hans Zimmer, John Williams, James Horner und wie auch immer sie alle heißen mögen.

Hingegen kennt man kaum große "Spiele-Komponisten", deren Werke ihren großen Brüdern aus der Filmbranche teilweise in nichts nachstehen, teilweise sogar übertreffen. Und doch sind sie eher unbekannt...

Einer von ihnen ist Jeremy Soule. Zu seinen berühmtesten Werken zählt definitiv der Soundtrack zu "Total Annihilation", der damals aufgrund seines epischen, orchestralen Charakters Standards setzen konnte und sich noch heute hören lassen kann.

Weitere Highlights seiner bisherigen Karriere wären z.B. "Giants: Citizen Kabuto", "Dungeon Siege", "Icewind Dale", "Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance", "Impossible Creatures", "Unreal 2", "Neverwinter Nights", "The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind" und "Star Wars: Knights of the old Republic" sowie die bisherigen "Harry Potter" Spiele.

Demnächst gesellen sich noch "Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War" und "Guild Wars" dazu.
